Ryse Support
Help with Ryse: Rise and Shine.
Routines: You can run Ryse without an alarm. Choose your steps in the Routine tab, then start from Today.
Alarms: System alarm scheduling requires iOS 26 or later. On iOS 17–25, routines, results, and history remain available for manual use.
Privacy: Routine content and captured media stay on your device unless you choose to share or export them.

When Reporting an Alarm Issue
Please include:
- Ryse version and build number
- Device model and iOS version
- Scheduled time and repeat settings
- Focus, Silent Mode, and alert volume state
- Whether the app or device was restarted
- A screenshot when possible
