OiO Terms of Use
1. License
Your App Store purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use OiO under the Apple Standard EULA. OiO is sold once with all included features; it has no subscription or in-app purchase.
2. Camera profiles
OiO recreates the visual character of selected historical camera generations through independent processing. Results are an artistic and technical simulation, not output from the original hardware and not a guarantee of exact sensor identity in every scene. OiO is independent and not affiliated with Apple.
3. Your media
You keep ownership of your photos and videos. You are responsible for obtaining permission to capture, import, share, or publish people and content and for complying with local law. Keep backups of important media.
4. Availability
Camera, microphone, Photos, lens, flash, frame-rate, resolution, stabilization, and location capabilities vary by supported device, permission, storage, temperature, and operating system. We may improve profiles and reliability over time without guaranteeing that every device supports every capture option.

App Store 구매는 Apple 표준 EULA에 따라 OiO를 개인적·비양도 방식으로 사용할 권리를 제공합니다. OiO는 모든 포함 기능을 한 번에 판매하며 구독과 인앱결제가 없습니다.
2. Camera Profile
OiO는 독립적인 처리로 과거 카메라 세대의 시각적 캐릭터를 재구성합니다. 결과는 예술적·기술적 simulation이며 원래 hardware가 직접 만든 결과나 모든 장면에서의 완전한 sensor 동일성을 보증하지 않습니다. OiO는 Apple과 제휴·승인·연관되지 않은 독립 제품입니다.
3. 사용자 미디어
사진과 영상의 소유권은 사용자에게 있습니다. 사람과 콘텐츠를 촬영·가져오기·공유·게시할 권한을 확보하고 관련 법을 지켜야 합니다. 중요한 미디어는 별도로 백업하세요.
4. 기능 가용성
카메라·마이크·Photos·lens·flash·frame rate·resolution·stabilization·location 기능은 지원 기기, 권한, 저장공간, 온도와 운영체제에 따라 다릅니다.
