Camera is unavailable
Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and allow OiO. Video sound also needs Microphone access.
A photo or video did not save
Check Photos access and available storage. Limited Photos access still lets OiO save, but importing requires the selected item to remain available. Long 4K/60 recordings may stop if the device becomes hot or storage is low.
Optical lens and zoom
Buttons under OPTICAL represent physical lenses detected on the current device. Pinching uses digital zoom on the selected physical lens. The front camera uses its available wide camera.

Email support@asleworks.com. Include OiO version/build, device model, operating system version, selected profile, front/rear, lens, flash, lighting, and what happened. Do not send private photos, video, or precise location unless necessary and you choose to do so.

카메라를 사용할 수 없을 때
iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 카메라에서 OiO를 허용하세요. 영상 소리에는 마이크 권한도 필요합니다.
사진이나 영상이 저장되지 않을 때
Photos 권한과 남은 저장공간을 확인하세요. 제한된 Photos 권한에서도 저장은 가능하지만 Import에서 선택한 항목은 계속 접근 가능해야 합니다. 기기가 뜨겁거나 저장공간이 부족하면 긴 4K/60 촬영이 중단될 수 있습니다.
광학 렌즈와 줌
OPTICAL 아래 버튼은 현재 기기에서 감지한 실제 렌즈입니다. Pinch는 선택한 렌즈에서 digital zoom을 사용합니다. 전면 카메라는 사용 가능한 wide camera를 사용합니다.
